About Me:

Ginny Warsaw is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty working out of the Warwick, NY office. Ginny's Real Estate career began 4 years ago after many successful years in sales, purchasing & marketing. She is well regarded in the industry for her attention to detail, professionalism, personal service & negotiating skills. She has represented both buyers & sellers all over Orange County and specializes in first time homebuyers and new developments.

Ginny's clients appreciate her communication & marketing skills. I have more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing and purchasing. Working for large companies and small contracting companies. I worked for a local contractor for many years and have new construction, remodeling and commercial projects.  I also built my own home during that time so I know first hand what its like and how to cope with the stress!
