About Me:

Some people work all there life and never find something that gives them great passion. I feel lucky that I have found that in real estate. Becoming a REALTOR® has allowed me to help navigate buyers and sellers through one of the largest financial transaction that most people will make. This is a transaction that is usually filled with so many emotions that no matter how many times you do it, each will be slightly different. Because this is something that is not done by the buyer or seller on a regular basis, it can seem very confusing and at times overwhelming. This is where I feel my experiences coupled with knowledge sharing, patience, compassion and understanding helps my clients get to their goals.  I look at my relationship with my clients as a partnership and coordinator of the transaction. I hope that not only do they learn from me, that I learn something from them. Nothing is more rewarding than to take what seems like a daunting task and make it simple and carefree.

One of the great things I accomplished was gaining my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Certification. This has given me the knowledge to help a group of people that sometimes are under served by the industry. Most transactions are what we may think is very normal where someone is a willing seller of a home. So many other transactions involve people who have been forced to sell by some form of a hardship, loss of job, divorce, or death.  All of these could lead to a foreclosure of the home. It is so important that these homeowners know that there are possible options for them that would be so much better than allowing the foreclosure to happen. Many people decide to allow the home to go into foreclosure without ever speaking with the lender. A CDPE can help you navigate this process and help you know what your choices are before you take action or it's too late.

When working with my clients, I use the latest technology, benefiting buyers and sellers alike and never lose focus until the job is done right. I love happy endings and I work hard to make them happen.

With the slow down in the housing market, (at least that´s what our 1st listing agent said was the problem for our house being on the market for 4 months) but Gwen pulled out every stop.
