About Us:

H2BH Mortgage Ministry is made up more than a loan officer and her team. My name is Nichole and I am mortgage counselor. I conduct workshops to help people understand; 1. what they can afford to pay for a mortgage each month, 2. how to read their credit, understand what is derogatory and what isn't and how to make corrections themselves, 3. We help them to understand the collateral - the property they own, why it increases or decreases in value and finally 4. what all those things mean when it comes time to refinance or buy a home.

I also have an opportunity to share my Faith Experience with believers and non-believers and hear their testimony too. This is the most important part of my ministry. The mortgage industry as a whole has gotten a bad rap as an industry populated by people who are out for themselves. When people encounter my team, they learn that this is not the case. There are many people who provide mortgage services oand real estate services who serve the same purpose I do, to do the right thing for my client and to glorify His Name in service.

Using my mortgage expertise to help people is a gift; I can't sing, I can't write music, but I can help people by serving as path for them to reach financial comfort, leaving them able to focus on the really important things in life; Faith and Family.
