Qualifications
I have been exposed to the construction field for over 20 years. I have undertaken small remodel and renovation projects and have worked with builders designing and drawing house working blueprints. I am a licensed home inspector in the State of North Carolina. I have certification from Inspector Training Institute for general home inspection. I am a certified mold inspector through Pro-Lab and Environmental Solutions Association. I also hold a certificate from Environmental Data Resources for Neighborhood Environmental Reporting. I hold memberships to ISHI and NCLHIA.
Services
A-Pro is a full srvice inspection company offering general home inspections, Certified Pre Owned Homes, construction phase inspections, townhouse/condo inspections and a full line of environmental testing from mold, radon and water quality to Neighborhood Hazards such as buried fuel tanks or previous meth labs in the area. We service all of the Charlotte Metro area and outside counties of Gaston, Cabarras, Union and more. Every inspection report is guaranteed for 120 days, stating simply, "If we pass it, we protect it".
