As a journalist and special sections editor, Robert J. Morrow has written hundreds of articles on real estate buying and selling as well as features on renovating every room in your home. During his tenure with Brabant Newspapers (now part of the Hamilton Spectator) Robert worked with nearly every brokerage in the area and has "featured" more homes than anyone else in the industry utilizing five community newspapers spanning the GHA.

As a marketing executive in the early 80's & 90s, Robert became well versed in negotiating while working with Tim Horton Donut franchisees during the company's explosive expansion heyday. He was part of the three-person team that developed the "Roll up the Rim" contest and was integral to the incorporation of soups and specialty baking products when current president, Paul House took over the reigns of the company.

Robert is a 3rd dan Taekwondo black belt with both the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) and the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). He trained over 30 black belts and 12 provincial fighting champions during his six-year tenure as senior instructor of the TaeFitness Centres in the early 2000s.
