Steve has been actively involved in sales, leasing and consulting services of commercial properties and development sites in Southwest and Central Florida since 1976. The assignment involved annexing the parcel into the City of Sebring, re-zoning the parcel to PUD allowing 1,136 units and 300,000 square feet of commercial and obtaining land use approval from the Department of Community Affairs. This resulted in the client re-selling the parcel for $9,500,000 within 1 year.
