Accredited Buyer's Representative - The ABR designation not only requires specific educational study and examination, but also requires practical experience with buyers.

Certified Distressed Property Expert - A Certified Distressed Property Expert^® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market, specifically short sales.

SFR - The SFR certification program is offered by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of NAR. The program includes training on how to manage short-sale, foreclosure, and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves

Quality Service Certified - This designation means that I will provide my clients with a guarantee of my exceptional service, which is followed with a customer satisfaction survey administered by a third party research corporation.

GREEN designee - Through the National Association of Realtors.  Educated on products, practices, and features of GREEN buildings.  An extra resource to help buyers to navigate the home buying process.

Certified CREIA home inspector - The California Real Estate Inspection Association is a voluntary, non-profit public benefit organization of real estate inspectors.  Certified CREIA inspectors are required to pass an exam, which includes questions regarding residential building systems, current building technology, building construction code requirements, plumbing/mechanical/ electrical systems and materials and their installation methods.

Kiwanis- Active member of the Kiwanis Club of San Marcos.  Making our community and the world a better place, one child at a time.

San Marcos Historical Society - Actively involved with the museum and heritage park as a board member and volunteer to preserve the history of the city of San Marcos.
