I have lived and/or worked in Tracy & the San Joaquin area for over 22 years. My children all went to school in Tracy. My husband Jim is a retired Tracy Police sgt after 33 yrs. He really is the one to get me into Real Estate. He didn't  just want to retire. He wanted to do something that we could do together. Before Real Estate I was in the Automobile industry for a good 17 yrs. I did everything from receptionist to service writer. You name it I did just about every job a dealership had to offer. I really like helping people and I am usually very good at it. Jim and I have 5 children between us. Troy, John, Erin, Jared, & Krystal. We also have 7 grand-children with the 8th on the way. They are Nicole, Joshua, Brandon, Brent, Anisa, Cody, Noah & #8 is Grabriella but we call her Gabby & she isn't even born yet.

In October 2004, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I was very busy with real estate during that time. Wow did that ever come to a screeching halt (in my mind anyway) My broker at the time was Jack klemm of Preferred Real Estate Group and his wife Cecilia had just died the month before (Sept 2004) of Breast Cancer. So when I found out I had it, I was devistated. All I could think about is that I was going to die. I ended up having a double mastectomy on Dec 03, 2004. In February 2005 less than 2 months after the Breast Cancer surgery, I was diagnosed with Skin Cancer. I had the surgery for that almost immediately.  Then in June 2005 my dad died. This was all too much for me to handle all in 6 months time. But I managed to get through it. Though it all I still managed to work and do a outstanding job for our clients. Our clients were great throughout the process.

I specialize in First Time Home Buyers. I do everything I can to put a First Time Buyers mind at ease about purchasing a home and getting in done.  I am committed to follow -up with clients and I'm devoted to following through at each phase of the transaction. Communication is big for me and I know how important it is to the client. I have high standards of honesty and truthfulness. My clients may not like everything I have to tell them but usually respect my straightforwardness. If a problem should arise I look at the big picture and try finding all the options available to resolve conficts with least negative effect on the buyer. I like my buyers to know they are in good hands. Most of my past clients have become long time friends.
