I have been selling Real Estate in Middle Tennessee since 1995. I specialize in the Nashville area, including Franklin TN, Brentwood TN, SpringHill TN and Nolensville TN all in Williamson County.
Living in and Serving Nashville TN and the surrounding areas
I love living in Nashville. I love the people, the climate and the size of the city. Why Nashville? We have all the big city amenities without all the traffic. Our state has been repeatedly voted on of the top areas for businesses looking to expand. We have NFL football, NHL Hockey and the finest Medical Facilities available in the country. The great outdoors offer both lakes and mountains. The Nashville Greenways offer miles and miles of walking, running and biking possibilities.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in Residential Real Estate. Both Buyers and Sellers. Having moved here from Chicago, I am very familiar with families needs when they move to Tennessee from across the country.
Knowing the different communities, and what they offer is so important when trying too meet the desires of the different family members. I am able to help with information on schools, churches, parks, arts and entertainment...you name it!
Active Adult Communities in Nashville Tennessee have enjoyed continued growth as many 55 and older couples are looking to Tennessee to retire. Lake Providence by Del Webb is what most people think of, but it is only one of many communities in the middle Tennessee area!
Connie - Thanks so much for everything you did to make our house selling/buying a positive experience. You did everything possible to make it work. We love our house and love being in this neighborhood - we're looking forward to raising our children in such a family-friendly place.
We appreciate you! - Joy Fisher
Connie was an excellent asset in the sale of my home and the purchase of another. We found her to be ethical, honest and hard-working. She gave us a very good impression of the quality of people that her company employs.

I am writing you to extend my appreciation for the excellent service that was provided by Connie Harvey. Due to Connie's hard work, we recently sold our home in Brentwood. Prior to this sale, we had bought and sold real estate many times, both on our own and with the assistance of other Realtors. Thus, I believe I know the value of a Realtor is capable of providing. Connie Harvey was the first real estate professional I have used who inspired confidence and proved that confidence was well deserved.
My past experience had led me to believe Realtors fell into three groups. There were the ones who were good at getting to the point of writing a contract, the ones who were good at handling the details of the contract and closing, and there were the ones who weren't especially good at either. Connie proved to be one of those unique individuals capable of doing it all. She really worked at getting potential buyers in the door, knew how to structure the contract to avoid potential problems, and left nothing to chance in preparation for the closing. This work included making sure she understood our objectives in selling our home, truly understanding both the Nashville market and our neighborhood market, using special techniques to draw attention to the house, constantly seeking feedback from those viewing the house, providing regular and detailed updates to us on the feedback, working with potential buyers to make sure all concerns were addressed, working with the buyer's lenders to make sure no problems arose, working with the settlement attorney to make sure nothing was overlooked or left to the last minute and much more that I wasn't even aware of at the time. Beyond this, Connie proved to be a "people" person with an intuitive understanding of how to work with others. Whether I was buying or selling residential real estate in Nashville, I would give Connie all of my work.
You have been a God-send into our lives and we have enjoyed and appreciate each day of knowing you. Thank you for all your hard work and helping us achieve a goal, a blessing and a dream - our 1st home!

Connie had been sending postcards and we remembered her name from that. Her effort impressed us after having been badly burned by a failed relationship with a different realtor. Connie restored our faith. She came through 100%! She kept us informed every step of the way. She did everything she said she would do and was honest and straightforward in all respects. She worked hard to sell our house.
At the beginning, she promised she would be creative, and she followed through. She tried several inventive strategies to get our house sold. She also worked hard to bring the contract to closing. She's also just a pleasure to work with.
