It's been amazing to watch Elk River grow. Moving here when I was just three has given me the opportunity to grow with the community and it's surrounding areas. It's like watching history in the making. I know the area well, and am amazed at how much more I learn everyday!
I have been at Coldwell Banker Vision for more than ten years! The training and experience that I've gained through my time there has helped me gain the expertise that I need to be a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent working for you!
Starting from answering phones to advertising to file coordinating.... I have had experience in all areas of the business, which have helped me become successful in my business. I am grateful and appreciative to the on-the-job training I have had! It has been an awesome way to grow.
In spring of 2004 I received my real estate license and set out to see what I could do. I have really enjoyed this past year, selling real estate and getting to know my clients and their needs. In my first year I sold 14 homes and I am excited to see where my business takes me in the years beyond!

As the market changes I am changing with it. Currently taking the time to fulfill my Certified Distressed Property Expert training I am able to help people that are suffering to make their home payments. I know the ins and outs of short sales and distressed properties.
Each day in our industry is an adventure and I am right there to learn and grow with it!
Areas of Expertise
REO/Bank Properties: These I know how to work on both the buyer and seller sides. The past few years have made bank owned properties a must to know how to work with and I have plenty of experience with knowing what the banks are looking for and how they run there systems.
Shortsales: As a CDPE (certified distressed property expert) I have had the training to treat these types of properties with professionalism and knowledge.

Buyers: I have a specialty in helping buyers find just what they are looking for in a home. I know the expectations of what different housing will need for financing. I know how to coordinate water tests, septic tests, and furnace testing to make sure that a home is safe. I have the ability to set my clients on an auto search so that they can learn the market and what's out there even before they are ready to look at homes.
Sellers: Every seller wants the most that they can get for their homes. In order to do that there are things that may need to change to get there. I am able to go through the home and offer recommendations as well as go through pricing and estimated costs to sell. I have a marketing plan in place and am ready to work hand in hand with my sellers to find the right buyer for their home.
I know the area well and have been priveleged to work in many cities!
