Hi, I'm Dawnmarie and I am excited to be a member of the REALTOR® Family.   I am a native resident of Peekskill, New York and have had the opportunity to travel all my life as a military dependant.  As a result of my father's involvement in the military service, I became a service related performer in professional overseas entertainment for our Armed Forces, which I have continued to do for 30 years.     I graduated from the University of South Florida in Musical Theatre and continued Vocal Performance education at Julliard School of the Arts, moving on into composing and arranging music for performance, stage, film and TV.  With a love for law and contracts I attended Stetson College of Law and proceeded to work in the law profession for several years which provided experience for me in Criminal, Family, Probate and Real Estate law.  As I really love real estate, I decided to take my legal knowledge and work in front of the contract instead of behind it. In my life of working with people in the music industry, in my education avenues and in the legal field, customer service is truly an importance.  I became a Realtor® not to just sell houses, but to be a consultant and an advocate for the homebuyer/seller. I'm a consumer as well and how I am treated reflects on my referral to others, so I hope I can provide the level of customer service I expect to those I work and in turn receive long lasting relationships that lead to referrals. I feel my legal background in real estate will only be an asset to assisting a seller or a buyer and will give them the confidence in the type of person they are working with.
