We met Justin during an open house he was hosting in Royal Oak. My husband and I were both immediately impressed with his level of professionalism and his polished and relaxed style. He was very helpful in that he explained the background on the home, pointed out some of its features, and allowed us to explore on our own. Before we left he asked us to sign a guest book, which I particularly thought was a nice touch.
Shortly after meeting Justin we asked him to come and do a property evaluation on our home as we were considering selling if we could get the right price for it. Justin prepared a top notch, professional and impressive report on our home and gave us the confidence that he really understood our community and the resale potential of our home.
We listed our home with Justin and we were really impressed with his customer service. He actually called us back when we had showings and gave us the feedback in a very timely fashion. In fact, that is what sets Justin apart from any realtor we have worked with - he keeps his word and does what he says he will do. The purpose of this letter is commending Justin Havre for the exceptional service he provided to us when we recently purchased a property in Calgary.
We received Justin’s name and contact information from another satisfied person.
Almost, immediately, after contacting Justin with the property criteria we wished to pursue, he sent several options. They were all good possibilities and we were able to quickly short list.
We asked him if he could be ready for us to visit Calgary a few days later and he very graciously made time for us on short notice for a weekend.
Justin made all the appointments necessary to see the properties that were available and we did so.
We choose one and he immediately, that day, presented our offer and followed up promptly, even on Sunday, until we and the vendor were happy.
