My name is Helen Robinson, and I am a senior loan officer with Amcap Mortgage Bank. 

I believe what sets me apart is the respect and understanding that I have for teamwork.  I have a lot of great relationships with local Realtors and of course I am always trying to expand my network.

Areas of Expertise

I would narrow down my area of expertise to "tough-to-do FHA loans"  I have resources to do these loans down to a 500 score, and more importantly, I have extensive experience originating these loans, and know how to get them done.

More recently, I have begun originating USDA loans, which is currently the only product on that market that does not have a down payment requirement, other than VA.
