Description
Looking for a talented agent with an aggressive marketing campaign but a warm personal style? Here I am! Experienced listing agent and Accredited Buyer Representative in Loudoun County, VA.

About Me:

I was born and raised a Marylander, on the Eastern Shore in Salisbury. I moved to the Washington DC area to become a Terp, graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in journalism and public relations. I've lived in northern Virginia for ten years now, with my husband Michael, who is the PGA Head Professional at Westpark Golf Club in Leesburg.  We currently live in Purcellville with our four children and assorted pets, enjoying the Loudoun County way of life.

How I Work

My entire professional background is in customer service. The home buying or home selling process is complicated and emotional, but exciting. My goal is to provide clients with the individualized attention and professional guidance necessary to make the transition a smooth one. I want to help each of my clients find a place to live that they are happy to call home.

I am experienced and comfortable in the role of a listing agent, and I will work hard to sell your home as quickly as possible, for the most money, with the smoothest process as I can provide. I have a strong marketing plan that I tailor to fit each individual property I sell. I am happy to provide you with references from my seller clients.

I also love the role of buyer's agent, and am happy to act as your personal representative to put your interests first as you search for and purchase your new home. I have earned the designation of an Accredited Buyer's Representative through training and by representing a number of buyers through the process from beginning to closing. I have references available from past buyer clients as well.

Testimonials

"Heather is wonderfully bright, congenial and extremely focused. With her conviction for getting a task completed on time and accurately, makes working with Heather refreshing. Her professionalism impressed us from the first meeting and continued to impress us throughout the process. When we found the house we wanted Heather and her team got everything done very thoroughly, in record time, and with a very effective negotiation strategy that came from experience and a clear understanding of what was important. She is fabulous!"

Frank and Jenn Kijak

"Did a great job in selling our house in a difficult market. Hard working, a pleasure to work with, and highly skilled. One of the best, and highly recommended."

John and Barbara Sidwar

"Heather was professional and personable in sellling our home. She prepared color brochures with photo's, placed ads in local papers, planned and hosted open houses, monitored the turbulent market and provided continuous data to guide us in setting the best asking price. We sold our house months ahead of several other homes in our neighborhood that were slow to move. As your agent, you can be confident that Heather will be tenacious and focused on producing the best results."

Bob and Heidi Morgan

"My heartfelt thanks to you for the outstanding work that you have performed for me. You listed my home, pursued an aggressive and "outside the box" marketing plan, and exercised outstanding professional skill to sell my home in a little over a month. This is my 7th move with the government, and this move was extra stressful due to the slumping DC housing market and my quick move to El Paso while my family stayed behind. You are a true asset to the entire company."
