My wife and I have been married 15 years, but have been best friends for over 20 years. I have spent over half my life in the retail industry, the last 12 in a management role. As a bilingual (Spanish) manager for two large retailers I have had the pleasure in meeting great people through the years, many who are close friends today. My children are Colorado Springs natives and my wife and I our proud to call Colorado Springs our adoptive home.  We could not think of anywhere else we would want to live. I joined real estate because I have always had a passion for helping people and for homes. My wife and I bought our first home shortly after we were married, and I still recall not knowing anything about what I was signing. It would have been nice if we had a friend in the business, but like most first time buyers, we didn't. We have since been blessed enough to have had the opportunity to buy and sell more in our lives together. My experiences have gotten much better because I know what questions to ask and what to expect in the process. I never take the purchase or selling of a home lightly. I understand for most people this is the biggest financial investment they will ever make. Like many of you may have, I have had bad experiences in purchasing and selling homes.
