Why me?

Oahu is a big market and there are several different marketplaces. I don't pretend to know the entire market and can't recommend myself for Waikiki, the Windward side or the Norhshore. I have chosen to specialize in the immediate area where I live which is the Ewa Plain and Leeward portions of the Island. This would include the Ko Olina neighborhood and it's 6 individual communities:
