I was trying to pin them down on the pros and cons of the houses and those two were single focused on the pros of a great Realtor whether you are the seller or the buyer. This went on until they showed us the dessert menu. Then they focused on a chocolate smothered Belgium waffle Sunday. So that means you are something!

That will be awesome. We were shocked to hear this news. As for the potential buyers, we are with you and do not want to seem desperate either. We just have the feeling that the father will not think our house is good enough for these two. Hopefully we are wrong but our philosophy is expect the worst so that the outcome will not be worse than expected. Thank you so much for all that you've done. The timing was great and we couldn't have asked for anything more!!!! You were great to work with and I will definitely recommend you to others. I really appreciated how well you stayed 'on top of' the listing and your willingness to do all of the open houses. Getting a contract on my house has definitely alleviated a lot of stress in our lives right now with the closing on Fiddler Creek and getting married in June. Now, comes the daunting the task of packing :)
