Barbara and Ed,

I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help through this entire process!  My wife and I didn't think it would be possible for us to have the dream of home ownership again for a long time.  When we first spoke, I let you know that the poor economic conditions affected us pretty hard and we had to short sale our home and then had to file for bankruptcy.  We felt that we would be renters for many years to come.  You told me from the beginning that you were confident that once we met the three year deadline of the short sale we could buy again if we followed some of your advice.  I took the advice to heart and as predicted one day after our three year deadline on the short sale we signed the papers on our new home.  I don't know of anyone that is in the market for a home at this time but i assure you that the next time I hear anyone even thinking about buying or someone that may be discouraged thinking they cant buy because of their circumstances they should give you a call since I too didn't think there was any chance. Now we are homeowners again!
