About Us:
If you are interested in buying or selling a home, then consider me to help you do that. The internet has changed everything, and for real estate that is especially true. I have a broad technical knowledge and I am continuously learning and experimenting. This helps me stay at the head of the curve. Selling real estate is enhanced by a modern and technical skill set. Buying and selling real estate requires an honest assesment of the market. I believe in giving my clients straight forward feedback so they know what has to change to get that house sold, or to get that offer accepted. I am easy going, and easy to work with.
I have completed all my classes for my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). After completing the GRI 400 courses, I had all the needed coursework to sit for the brokers exam. My wife and I are in this together; we both passed the brokers exam on the first try. Since we are affiliated with a broker, our license is Associate Broker.
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
I work as a team with my wife Maggie Baumbach who is also a Realtor. Both of us are associate brokers affiliated with Taylor Properties.

Areas of Expertise
I have sold every one of our listings. But I am not a miracle worker, we have been choosy about which listings we will take. If you want your listing sold, then you must be willing to take my direction and commit to our marketing plan.
I take all the photos for my listings, and most of the photos for my blogging. If your home has charm and beauty, my photos will capture that. More than ever, photos get properties noticed.
I understand staging. Packaging your home for sale. I will be honest and tell you what needs to be done to get the best price. I know my limitations, and can bring in expert stagers who have an advanced design sense that gets homes sold.
I understand the Internet. Most homes are sold because the buyer found the listing on the Internet. I make sure your listing is getting the buyers limited attention. I have my own real estate website HelpShop.com and it has the best real estate search engine in Maryland.
I concentrate on the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area. I do travel outside this area; notably with several listings and buyers in Canton, and Fells Point.
