About Us:
If you are interested in buying or selling a home, then consider me to help you do that. The internet has changed everything, and for real estate that is especially true. I have a broad technical knowledge and I am continuously learning and experimenting. This helps me stay at the head of the curve. Selling real estate is enhanced by a modern and technical skill set. Buying and selling real estate requires an honest assesment of the market. I believe in giving my clients straight forward feedback so they know what has to change to get that house sold, or to get that offer accepted. I am easy going, and easy to work with.
I am one class short of my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I missed that class, and will have to make it up. I am currently working towards my Associate Brokers License. I finished the GRI 400 courses, but I still have that one 300 class to make up before I can take the brokers exam.
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
I work as a team with my wife Maggie Baumbach who is also a Realtor. Both of us are part of the Marvine Jenkins and Associates Team. And all of us on the team are agents affiliated with Long And Foster Real Estate Inc. We each provide individual attention with TEAM strength.
