Having been in Real estate for over 20 years I have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhoods. Many of my long term clients are people who I sold thier first home to. I also work with a group of Investors who buy fixer properties for renovation and resale. I personally have renovated several homes and have a lot of expertise to offer my Investors. I also work with a few Builders who do only top quality construction. As a Consequence of having properties that are freshly Rehabbed or newly finished construction, I am able to offer a fabulous product to the Buyers.
