OSI Inspection Services was established in 1996.

Our lead inspector is Brian Cesare. He is a fourth generation building contractor with over 30 years hands on experience and knowledge. OSI's inspections are thorough and complete. The narrative style reports (no check list) are detailed and balanced, reporting on all the accessible visual components of the properties inspected. Our reports include photos and report delivery can be made within 24 hours via email.

The state of Florida does not require any form of licensing or certification to perform home inspections,(only an occupational license is required, and anyone can buy one of those) this creates a substandard for our industry. Brian Cesare is Certified with the State of Florida as a Building Inspector and a State Certified Building Contractor. ICC (International Code Council) and NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Certified member.
