About Me:

Originally from New York and a graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, I moved to Las Vegas three years ago to become the webmaster of a high-profile high rise project on the famed Las Vegas Strip. In addition to an extensive background as a website developer, I've been marketing high rise condo hotels and 1031 investment opportunities ever since. A huge baseball fan, I like to travel and make my way back to New York often to watch my favorite sports team, the New York Mets.

However, my main focus is commercial real estate and I've developed a number of websites towards helping medical professionals with all aspects of real estate investments - most notably Las Vegas for Doctors, which specializes in investment opportunities and turnkey office development including office leasing and build-outs for the medical industry.
My latest project involves "Going Green" as we seek to develop a nationwide commercial resource for the sale and/or leasing of Green Commercial "LEED Certified" Buildings, with the lofty goal being to develop the website as a "Loopnet" for green real estate.
