One of my passions has always been designing, and especially re-designing, the interiors of homes.  In my previous career, I normally re-arranged a room prior to an interview in order for it to look better through the eye of the camera and therefore to viewers at home. As a Realtor, I have seen hundreds of homes and can attest to the fact that a house that is "move in ready" will usually sell quicker than one that is cluttered and in need of attention.  I have come to realize that the homes I place on the market need to be "camera" (and therefore, buyer) ready.  The way to accomplish this is through staging. Along with my other team members, we are also committed to helping people in all phases of life find the right home for their everyone's individual needs. I have helped buyers and sellers of homes in the Seattle area for a number of years. The Puget Sound area has a wide variety of housing choices; from trendy downtown condominiums with spectacular views & the convenience of in-city living, to residential homes both in the city and in the bedroom communities around Seattle.  From Seattle to Kent in the south, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville on the eastside to Millcreek in the north and everything in between, I will help you find your ideal home! 

My areas of expertise include a wide spectrum of housing choices; from condominium sales to first-time homebuyers to luxury homes and equestrian properties.  I have worked as a condominium site agent in a trendy Seattle neighborhood and am certified as a New Homes Sales Professional. As such, my trained guidance helps my clients find the best condominium homes!  I also have listed many homes over the years ranging from homes in excess of a million dollars to starter homes.  To help my clients sell their homes, I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP.)  In order to sell my clients home for top dollar, I help prepare the house so that it is presented in its best light.  The way you live in your home and the way it should look to sell it are usually very different.  Think of a beautifully arranged house with no clutter or anything to distract; a model home and you have the essence of staging.  Studies have shown that staged homes sell 20 times faster than unstaged homes!

I also produce DVD's on my listings which I distribute to potential buyers and which can also be available on the internet.
