Our principal, John M. Acaron, has a bachelor's (BSME) & a (TDME) in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Home (CHI) and Mold Inspector (CMI). John M. Acaron has worked with the Department of Defense(DOD) in the capacity of Project Engineer (P. E.) in the design, development, construction and outfitting of large-scale military facilities.

John M. Acaron also has significant experience in commercial and residential construction, he has managed and built a number of large residential water front and non- water front houses in the local area. Additionally, John M. Acaron is registered and certified by ESA, IAC2, EMLS and Pro-Lab, to perform environmental services such as Organic Microbial (Mold) screening & testing, & Allergens testing.  He is also certified to perfom Water (FHA) and Indoor Air Quality Testing.

Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough visual Home Inspection will take no more than four hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the consultation, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.
We take our Home Inspection report seriously. Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. The Home Inspection report includes a clear description of what we've found with any problem areas noted, so you can easily identify them. Our Home Inspector also provide a free telephone consultation after your Home Inspection.

Our job as your professional Home & Mold Inspector is to alert you, to the extent possible, to unknown problems and potential environmental hazards in your current or potential home. Just because some of these hazards may be invisible, this does not mean they call for less vigilance on your part. Ours is a non-invasive visual Home Inspection of your property. While we may be able to alert you of potential problems, our Comprehensive visual Home Inspection are no substitute for  Indoor Air quality (Mold testing) and Water (FHA) Quality  testing.
