Welcome to my site! As a seasoned veteran in the lending and finance arena, the most important thing I have learned is this. In the end, regardless of what product you have, price you offer or payment you can provide, what matters most is that you deliver more than what you agreed upon at the start of your relationship and that the service and communication along the way is consistent and clear...with all parties involved.
The purchase or refinance of your primary residence, second or vacation home, or your investment property is one of the most important financial decisions you make in your life and I don't take that lightly. The mortgage industry is undergoing changes that are long overdue and will be very good for all involved long term. It is an unprecedented time for our industry and it is more important than ever to have an experienced, well organized mortgage consultant with a solid reputation and who is employed by a solid bank lender as opposed to a 3rd party lender such as a broker or mortgage banker/correspondent. Over 190 lenders or lending units have closed their doors since the middle of 2006 and many more will follow suit because they do not have the financial backing of a solid bank behind them. We have local underwriting and since we ARE the lender with solid bank funding from SunTrust Bank, you and your clients can rest assured we will go to closing and we guarantee our closing costs as well so no surprises and that makes for smooth loan closings! I call them "celebrations" instead of closings because closings indicate finality to a process and I plan on being with you for life as your personal mortgage consultant!
