Description

I offer a full range of loans including FHA, VA, Conforming and USDA. On top of the standard fair I have portfolio lending to do mixed use, commercial, blankets, Alt A and rehab lending.

How can I help you?

Conforming:  I offer the full range of conforming loans from Fannie and Freddie, conventional fixed, ARM's, and balloons.  Our 10 year ARM and 7/23 reset loans are great ways to keep a low rate when fixed rates spike.  We can close these anywhere in Ohio and several other states.  We typically are very aggressively priced on these and, with in-house underwriting, can close them very quickly when they need to be rushed.

 FHA/VA:  We offer the standard FHA and VA loans but do not offer their rehab product.  We will have in house FHA underwriting soon but for now it will be underwritten off-site.  Again, we price this product very aggressively.

 Alt A: When one aspect of a deal, borrower, loan or the property itself, prohibits the loan from being closed conventionally, we back it up with our Alt A product.  Some examples: no cabinets in the house, borrower owns 5 properties, loan amount too small, foreign borrower new to the country, working farm/acreage or income is difficult to document.  All have these have come to me as fallout from other lenders who could not close them.

 Construction:  Although spec construction has almost completely disappeared, we still offer perm construction lending.  Someone buying land to build on and/or owns land and wants to build will greatly benefit from speaking the The Arlington Bank early and having a plan in place.

 Portfolio other:

Rehab for lease - buy, rehab and hold investors.

Rehab for sale - buy, rehab and re-sell investors.

Multi-family - 5+ units.

Commercial - office, industrial, mixed use, anything that is different.

Equity - we have fixed rate equity lines as well as prime based variable.

 The biggest benefit to using The Arlington Bank isn't any one of the above.  The biggest benefit is working with a creative, experienced loan officer who can use these products to solve problems as they arise and complete transactions.
