About Us:

I personally performed inspections from 1995 thru 2003 while running my own construction company. Starting in 2003, my wife Laurie joined with me and we decided to pursue home inspecting only, and were able to grow our business to the point of hiring our son Brandon to work with us. Having performed over 700 inspections with me, Brandon and I will soon split up and head in the opposite directions each day since we cover such a large area(Traverse City to Harbor Springs to Gaylord).

We specialize in making your clients comfortable with their home buying decision. We work very hard not only disclosing any issues with their potential home, but also how to remidey and how much it may cost.

We love working with first time buyers, and even offer an added discount for them.

Our reporting system contains custom statements that are easy to understand, along with many pictures showing both defects and non defects. (our largest source of testimonials is due to our reporting sytem).
