About Me:
David lives in Muskegon, Michigan and is married to his beautiful wife, Erin. They have an eight-year-old daughter, Paige, who is a frequent visitor to her father's office. They also have two sons, Riley (age 6) and Chandler (age 3) who love to play in the great outdoors with their dad. David's daughter Brooke (age 20) likes to hang out with her friends whenever she can.
David was raised in Muskegon and is the biggest fan of this beautiful area. David established Medendorp Real Estate Group in 1997. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1987 and has earned numerous awards for top sales and closings. In August of 2008 David joined ALT Property Management LLC as a broker and salesman.
David is an active member of the community. He is involved in several organizations, including the Muskegon Area Jaycees, Muskegon Chamber of Commerce, Vineyard Church of Muskegon, the Christian Businessman's Club, and The Resting Place Ministries, Faith Harbor Church.
David has an extensive knowledge of the Muskegon, Michigan real estate market place as well as with financing and has successfully closed many complicated deals. In 1999, David recieved his CCIM designation. A Certified Commerical Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized professional in commercial Real Estate brokerage, leasing asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
