My areas of expertise really varies from my 14 years experience in mortgage origination. I have worked with first time buyers to experienced and seasoned borrowers. And while doing so, I have been able to attend to their individual needs.

My loans vary from excellent credit credit to the more credit challenged and are taylored to the needs of each borrower. All my loans are taken on laptop computers, with credit pulled and run the automated approval engines from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA and subprime lenders if needed.And with today's challenges I have been able to offer a worthwhile solution . There are mortgage loan's for most every customer.

My original training included a full 6 months training with a major mortgage banker, including working with title companies, credit companies, home inspectors and appraisers to fully understand the full scope of the mortgage lending process. And while being a member of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and the Illinois Association of Mortgage Porfessionals, I do my share of continuing education throughout the entire year.
