- Serving the area I love, Park City, Deer Valley and all of Summit County Utah. My simple philosophy is to exceed the expectations of my clients.
History
I came to Park City in the Spring of 2001 as a member of the US National Speed Skating Team preparing for the 2002 Olympic Games in Utah. I instantly fell in love with the Park City community and with all the area had to offer the active lifestyle. We average 500 plus inches of snow a year, we have over 300 miles of trails, over 300 days of sun and are 30 minutes from an airport that will fly you direct almost anywhere. Comming from Milwaukee Wisconsin, I couldn't get over the comfortable Winters, nor can I go back to the harsh midwest Winters.
To pay for my training and competition schedule, I was lucky to have some great sponsors, but I also had to work. I started to remodel and sell homes to offset my expenses. I went to school during one of my offseasons, and obtained my Real Estate liscense. This seemed to be a natural transition for me.
Fast forward...now I am selling Real Esate full time with Windermere Real Estate- Utah.
Mission
One of the best feelings is when you see the faces of your clients when you walk into the perfect home, or when you feel the excitement as you close escrow on a home your clients were selling or buying.
That being said, I have a very simple mission; to make sure all my clients are well taken care of and given the tools and expertise to have a great Real Estate experience.
