Married to Tony with three grown sons; two in Chicago and one here in town.

Having lived all over the Midwest my husband, Tony, and I have finally settled in the Twin Cities. Since 1998, we have found some of the most interesting people, great restaurants, wonderful neighborhoods, sports, entertainment and the arts. It is here that I wish to share my past, present and future experiences with you!

I will be blogging about some of my real estate experiences as well as my knowledge of buying and selling homes. Please don’t ever hesitate to comment on an article or to email me with a topic that you are interested in. I would love to hear from you!

Here is my marketing strategy for selling your home.  I hope you will also take a look at my website, TwinCitiesHotProperties.com, to give you more information about me and Keller Williams Classic Realty.

 

• Open houses will be conducted every weekend, unless it is inconvenient to you, the home owner.  If I cannot be there, I have agents in my office that will assist me.  I will advertise the open houses in the Star Tribune, as well as, local papers in your area.  It will appear in both a line ad and the Open House Directory.  Also, I run an open house ad on Realtor.com whenever we have an open house.

•  A Realtor open will be held on the first or second Tuesday that the house is listed so that area Realtors can take a look.  This is advertised on the MLS so that all Realtors will see it.  I also provide a lunch—otherwise the Realtors aren’t likely to show!  Also, I broadcast an email to all of the Realtors that I know would be interested in the home.

• On the MLS listing, I make sure to have different agent remarks than the public remarks for maximum information about the property.  (Some agents enter the same for both, wasting lots of valuable space and quality marketing essentials.)

•  Keller Williams provides me with the technology to instantly request Realtor feedback so that I know exactly how the clients liked the home and whether or not the Realtor considers the home priced correctly.  In addition, I always call them personally to ask them if they have any questions or comments.  I then get back to you with the feedback, either by email or phone.  You will know how your home shows and appears to others.  It can help us make adjustments, if need be.

•  You will be provided with top notch brochures, sellers’ disclosures and professional flyers for the brochure box on the sign.  I also have arrow signs that will be placed at the end of the subdivision for added exposure.

•  An enhanced listing presentation and potential buyers’ views on Realtor.com is offered on all of my listings.  This will ensure that your home will be viewed more often than other homes in competition with yours.

 

It is my personal style to go out of my way for my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers.  I would love for you to call the following people that I have listed homes with so that you will feel 100% comfortable with me as your Realtor.  It’s important that you trust me and know that I will work hard for you.  My communications is unsurpassed, as you will see.
