Description
I'm a newly-graduated Virginia Tech alum with a degree in Residential Property Management. I am currently an Operations Manager for Roseland Property Company at Harborview at the Navy Yard.

I am a die hard Hokie!

I loved attending Virginia Tech and can honestly say as one of the few schools that offers property management as a major, Virginia Tech tops them all. 

 

Some of my favorite things include attending Hokie football/basketball games, backpacking, reading, traveling, skim boarding, snow boarding and learning about sustainable building. I've been fortunate enough to travel around Europe several times and would love to go back! I love sports, my two favorite being football (NFL- Patriots, College- Hokies) and Formula 1 (Go Kimi Raikkonen!). Of course, being from New England I've gotta show love to the Celtics and Red Sox. And I love my dog!

I've landed my dream job in Charlestown! I work at a lease- up luxury high-rise right on the harbor. I love the people that I work with and thoroughly enjoy exploring the city once the office closes for the day :)

What have I done in property management?

I am Property Manager of Carpe Diem, LLC and manage my parents' (check out my mom's profile) single family homes in Lynchburg, VA. I do everything from auditing resident accounts, to performing inspections, to sending out letters and notices.

Summer 2007

I completed an internship with Management Services Corp. in Charlottesville, VA. My focus was on marketing and leasing.

Summer 2008

I completed an internship with Roseland Property in Boston, MA. My focus was on rent collection, auditing (new leases, security deposits, storage, parking), SODAs, renewals, and handling resident complaints.
