McCOLLY Real Estate has once again been recognized as one of the top real estate companies in the country by REALTrends, for results based on closed production for the 2006 calendar year. REALTrends is nationally recognized to be a leading source of analysis and information on the residential real estate brokerage industry. Every May, REALTrends releases it's Top 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S. report.

According to REALTrends, there are approximately 80,000 residential real estate companies in the country. The Top 500 companies represent less than three-fifths of one percent of those companies. McCOLLY Real Estate's rank improved from number 108 in 2005 to number 95 in 2006 out of all companies nationally, and retained the number 1 position locally, for closed transaction sides with 5,553. McCOLLY's rank improved to number 32 nationally compared to other independent firms who are associated with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network.

McCOLLY's core service companies also achieved notable rankings. McCOLLY Mortgage ranked number 47 (up from 51 in 2005) in mortgage closings and McCOLLY Community Title ranked number 11 (up from 13 in 2005) in title closings with 4,897. Additionally, McCOLLY Real Estate ranked number 28 (up from 37 in 2005) for total number of home warranties placed.

McCOLLY Real Estate ranked 87th in the nation in closed transaction sides in the Power Broker Report, which identifies and ranks America's largest residential real estate brokerage companies by transaction sides and sales volume. McCOLLY Real Estate was the only firm headquartered in Northwest Indiana to rank among the Top 100 and ranked 4th in the state of Indiana, only behind three large companies based in Indianapolis. McOLLY's ranking position improved from number 95 in 2006.
