About Us:

Claude Simos, CSA-R has been engaged in the appraisal of single-family dwellings, small residential
income properties and condominium units in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Kings (Brooklyn) and New York (Manhattan) 
Counties of New York since 1985. He has also reported USPAP compliant real property appraisals in
different forms and formats for various intended users and uses including major lenders, federally
insured financial institutions and non-mortgage related uses such as estate management,
bankruptcy proceedings and tax certiorari.  

Claude has developed extensive experience with complex assignments such as high value and
waterfront Long Island residential properties and is expertly qualified in field review, desk review
and review of appraisals under fraud investigation. Claude has been qualified as Small Claims
Assessment Review Hearing Officer, NY State Supreme Court.
