I have had the pleasure of selling real estate in the San Diego area for approx. 20+ Yrs. I hold several designations that assures the clients that I have kept up on my real estate education, which provides the clients with the benefits of having the latest information on the real estate market. I hold the following: Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, Senior Real Estate Specialist. Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert, Broker. I currently have two office's one is for traditional style of selling real estate and the other office is for non-traditional (auctions). Crescent Moon Realty, Inc. is the traditional real estate office, and Land N Sea is the auctions style of selling real estate. I work with my sister as a team we bring out the best when dealing with clients and in generating business. What I am most proud of is that our listing sell for top dollar, and we have many happy seller's. Many buyers, feel that we have worked hard getting them the best deal.
