Lot Purchase Programs: When you choose Suncrest Homes, you receive the benefit of our excellent reputation and financial strength. We have the unique ability to purchase any available lot in the valley--rural acreage, rural lots, city lots. Your lot selection process is not limited to our inventory. We will discuss the features of any lot you are interested in and how your dream home would fit that lot. With our solid financial resources, we purchase any lot you want, design your dream home, and finance construction. Our distinctive Lot Purchase Program allows you to bypass loans for bare land, construction, and other lending hurdles associated with custom home building. By eliminating much of the risk lending agencies shy away from, your loan process is streamlined.
