Rosina D'Ardis is a Certified ReDesign and Staging Specialist (CRSS),  a member of the Canadian ReDesigners Association (CRDA) and a member of the Active Rain Real Estate Network.

Professional real estate staging can increase the value of your home and help sell it faster.  Our consultation will provide you with valuable advice to help you enhance your home and show off the main features of your space.  We will help clear the clutter, depersonalize and redesign your space to attract potential buyers.  We can stage your home using your existing furnishings and accessories, without the cost of having to rent all new furnishings.

During our in-home consultation, we will discuss your needs, likes and dislikes and your enteraining style to determine the function of your rooms.  Together we will tour your home and work with you to finalize the details and arrange a date for our redesign team to come in and reinvent your rooms.

A lot of people have difficulty deciding on a paint colour for their space.  It can be confusing and overwhelming.  With our colour consultation, we will visit your home and help you pick a colour scheme that will pull your look together.

We can also help ease the stress of downsizing, moving to a new home, or combining households.  We will help clear the clutter, arrange your furniture, hang your artwork and showcase your collectibles so you can feel at ease in your new surroundings.  We will transform your space so it feels like home again.
