The PowerHouse Group is a professional real estate brokerage firm started with the intent of bringing a new level of professionalism and transactional and administrative knowledge to the real estate process, while moving away from traditional brokerage models.
So, what makes The PowerHouse Group and it's Broker/Owner Guy E. Gimenez different?
First, large, traditional quantity-based brokerages focus solely on the "number" of transactions their agents complete, not the "quality" of each transaction. This is where we differ. We focus entirely on the quality of the transaction and the overall service to the individual client without consideration on the number of transactions completed.
Second, unlike the large quanity-based brokerages, our firm does not seek out just any agent who is ready to make a move to a new brokerage even though this is the norm in our industry. Why? Because few possess the knowledge and skills to perform at the level required by The PowerHouse Group. And we keep the experience level and quality of each transaction at a much higher level than traditional brokerages can offer because over the years we have worked closely with local real estate attorneys, which now allows us provide contractual knowledge of those areas often overlooked by less experienced, less skilled agents. How does this affect the consumer? Without question, our talented associates are able to provide liability reduction techniques for both buyers and sellers by including specially drafted provisions into contracts as well as having an ability to more completely review title commitments, surveys, exhibits, addenda, etc.
