I Love Austin, Texas, and while I wasn’t born here, I got here as fast as I could and have been living here and loving it since 1982! Like many, I made this Mecca my home in my college years, and aside from a few months away in the early 90′s, i’ve have had the privilege of calling it my “Home Sweet Home” for nearly 30 years. I have spent nearly half that time helping others find their “Home Sweet Homes,” in our beautiful Central Texas area as well, buying and selling homes to my many clients and friends, while investing in real estate for my family and others. Many changes in this fine city and the surrounding areas have occurred over those years, with major impacts on the real estate market.
