I'm a Certified Home Inspector that brings 30+ years of construction experience to all my home inspections.  Whether buying or selling a home, I work with all parties directly or indirectly involved with the inspection process including Lenders, Realtors, Appraisers, Termite Inspectors and most importantly, my clients. I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), the world's elite home inspection association. The entire house is checked in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice as well as the NACHI code of ethics. I provide a complete, thorough inspection, a detailed, narrative, home inspection report which includes digital photographs and a guaranteed report delivery within 24 hours after the physical inspection.

My home inspection process includes a general course in home ownership and the responsibilities associated with the safe, comfortable use of your new home. This is an important consideration for first time buyers as well as the veteran home owner. I will do my best to explain in non-construction language what you can do as a homeowner to maintain your property to keep maintenance costs to a minimum. I hope to educate you on the complexities of your new home. This will help you understand the need for constant general maintenance to maintain the homes integrity. Your home is like a child, it needs constant care and attention. The home inspection should be an enjoyable process with give and take information on all sides. Remember, the property is what it is and it can only get better with attention from you.

Through my 30+ years of experience, I know what to look for to accurately evaluate the condition of any home. My reports are not loaded with "construction" terms but with direct commonly used words that describe the material, condition and the remedy. With my level of honesty and customer satisfaction, I will provide you with the best choice for your home inspection needs!

I would like to have you walking with me during the inspection so you can see first hand what condition your new home is in and what can be done about fixing any problems that are uncovered during the inspection. I'm looking for areas that need attention now and in the future.  Obviously the cost of repair or replacement is on your mind, so I make it a concern for me as well. I look for anything items that will cost you money to repair or replace within a reasonable limit.

Let's face it, the home inspection is the most important part of the home purchase. Why? Well, it can save you a lot of money up front if your dream home turns out to have a nightmare of problems. It's my job to open your eyes and see the property for what it is.
