About Us:
After a successful and rewarding career as a communications satellite engineer and project manager with Boeing, I am thrilled with the new challenges I've found the last couple of years in the real estate profession. Understanding the local real estate market in the Rogue Valley and knowing the nuts and bolts of completing successful real estate sales and purchases are accomplishments that I'm proud of. These are essential characteristics of any successful real estate professional, but they're not enough! For every real estate deal, the biggest challenges and by far the biggest rewards come from working with my clients towards a common goal, putting their interests first and foremost, understanding their needs and desires, and helping them to fulfill those needs and desires as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
I am licensed as a real estate broker in California and Oregon. I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University (emphasis in Finance and Real Estate), and have completed additional real estate studies at UCLA. I am a member in good standing of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors, the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service, and the Portland Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Due to a variety of reasons, my wife and I needed to relocate from Pensacola, Florida. Not being familiar with the Medford area we started corresponding with Rickey through e-mails and the internet.
