About Us:
I pride myself on first, being an Investor who happens to have a Real Estate License. I love finding deals and strive to educate my buyers about the benefits of investing in Real Estate. I've been engaged in Real Estate investing now for 6 years and I personally have invested in raw land, multi-family units, SFR, pre-construction homes, auction homes and partnered on land developments. I look at each deal with an Investor's mindset and think there is no reason to ever pay retail prices for Real estate (especially in today's market). I am to help my buyers get the best deal we can and help them to realize rule number 1 in Real Estate Investing-you make money when you buy, not when you sell! Buy it right and you WILL make money.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in finding the best deal I can for my buyers. Whether that be buying a Short Sale home, an REO or a house at the auction. I have a team set up in my office to work Short Sales, from the Negotiators to Marketers to the agent-me! If you want a home at a discount I can most definitely help you with that.
I also work the Lease Option market. Bringing Investors together with people who want to own but can't at the moment because of current credit issues. I have a Credit Repair person and a mortgage Broker who will sit down with the potential homebuyer, look at their situation, come up with a strategy for rebuilding their credit, get a timeframe, and then match them up with an Investor who has or will buy a home for them and structure the terms to fit everybody involved.
