We ONLY work with buyer's willing to follow our step-by-step proggram "Home Ownership Strategy" The basic outline is to prepare alance sheet of your Cash and Debts, establish a family budget, start saving for a down payment and closing costs. We introduce you to our mortgage financing partners and they obtain "pre-approval" commitment from a lender. We build a matrix of a specific area and features you new home must have. We look at your ability to tackle a "Fixer" project and use of "Sweat Equity" program builders may offer.
