I am an Associate Broker and have been a Realtor since 1991. A 30 year resident of Westchester County and a resident of White Plains, my passion is Real Estate and I love what I do!!

That old saying that you should love what you do in life...well I consider myself extremely lucky to be living that life. Prior to getting my real estate license 17 years ago, I was a Human Resource Manager for the International Division of a fortune 500 company in Fairfield County, CT(Richardson-Vicks, Inc.). As part of my responsibilities I transferred top executives around the world and was in charge of their housing and cost of living allowances as well as their tax equalization while overseas. The experience I draw from these years has sensitized me to the trauma that can be associated with pulling up roots  and moving thousands of miles away from the known. Simply selling ones home, even if the move is not as dramatic in terms of distance, is stressful and difficult. I walk each of my clients step by step through the process. I will make the journey as stress free as possible.

I currently hold a Director position on the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service Board for Zone 4 and I am a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors, NY State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors.

Areas of Expertise

I am a resident of White Plains, NY and have lived here for the past 31 years. Therefore White Plains is most definitely one of my most important areas of expertise. I however, have expertise in other communities as well and have focused on Pleasantville, Hartsdale, Valhalla, Hawtorne, Thornwood, Harrison and Rye, all neighboring communites of White Plains and each unique, offering something different to the homeowner. I am an Associate Broker with Houlihan Lawrence in White Plains,  New York and I have been a Realtor for the past 20 years.     

Prior to starting my Real Estate career I was a Human Resource Manager with the Americas/Far East Division of Richardson-Vicks, Inc. in Wilton, CT. A major part of my responsibilities was to relocate top executives around the world. This not only required managing their Housing and Cost of Living Allowances and Tax Equalization accounts but also assisting them in the process of physically moving all their household belongings to a new land and culture. I understand the trauma often associated with picking up one's roots and moving half way around the world... or perhaps even just a mile a way. I walk my clients through each process step by step to a successful finish providing as stress free an experience as possible. 

I provide seller clients with staging services to assist them in preparing their homes for today's buyer. This is something provided on an "as need basis" and only when the seller desires staging.The homes that often appeal to the widest range of buyers and therefore provide the highest offers are the homes the buyers can picture themselves living in. This sometimes requires changes to be made. It can be as minor as rearranging furnishings and as complex as furnishing an empty home with rental furniture.

I keep a Referral Book of services past clients and customers have provided me with on services they have used to get their homes in shape or to correct an issue found during an inspecton.  For clients who wish to use the book, I'm happy to provide names and numbers. Since these are not services I have used they are not meant to be personal referrals but rather simply a list of services others have recommended to me. 

I can provide referrals of those professionals needed to complete the buying process whether they be attorneys, loan officers, home inspectors etc.
