Description
Total-WebServices.com is a company that I started to help folks in the Real Estate industry develop and maintain their web presence through effective internet marketing

About my services:

My business is only as good as my reputation. I am always striving to better that reputation in the area of Web Site development and internet marketing. What that means is that I will make your Web presence and internet marketing,  an easy prospect for you. I will strive to maximize your advertising dollars spent by developing outstanding content on your website. I will advise you on the most cost effective methods for increasing traffic to your web site.  You and I are partners in the effort to increase your market share. I don't make decisions for you; I give you all the facts and lay out some possible options and let you choose the one that makes the most sense for you and your circumstances. I understand that it is your money we are dealing with, and you get to make all the decisions about how your money is spent. I am there to advise you and execute your decisions. I work for you.

Areas of Expertise

I come from a background in marketing and sales. As a former Real Estate Agent I understand the process and skills to be an effective agent.

Formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specialization in Marketing. I have been in sales on and off for 20 years. I have had the best sales and marketing training in the world. Xerox Corporation is recognized as the best place in the world to train for sales. I was trained by Xerox right out of college. I practiced for years and was top in sales for 3 of the 5 years there. Keller Williams is also known as the leader is sales and marketing training. I attend classes and seminars on a continuous basis. I also attend seminars outside of Keller Williams.

One of the best books I have read on business is "Rich Dad Poor Dad". This should be required reading for anybody that wants to invest and stop working for money.
