Nicki has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, taking some time off in January 2012 only to return in 2015 for the passion that she loves, helping others make their real estate dreams come true!
For 17 of the last 25 years she worked as a team with her husband, Chuck Pousson. Chuck continues working with Nicki heading up her marketing and techinal side of her business.
She was one of the Top 10 producing agents in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area contracting with 9 local and national builders, listing over 300 homes per month and closing over $47 Million annually for 10 years.
Nicki and Chuck have one daughter, Stephani Russell, Son-In-Law, Jesse Russell and 2 beautiful grand children, Scarlett and Maverick. Family is their priority.
Nicki is partnering with Julie Morris. Julie has over 19 years in the industry and is also, an Associate Broker and Office Manager of the Gilbert HomeSmart Office.
Julie's experience includes HomeSmart Quarterly Event panelist and former President of Gilbert Connections, Mock Trial Expert, Peak Performer since 2004, BBA in Marketing, Arbitration, Mediation, Professional Standards Experience.
Together, Nicki and Julie have over 50 years of combined real estate experience. Both Nicki and Julie work by referral!
Nicki & Chuck actively retained 200-350 listing per month and have been ranked in the top 10 real estate agents in Maricopa County for the past 10 years. Having one of the largest new home builder contracts for over 8 years. Until 2001 Nicki & Chuck had a team of buyers agents and assistants when they put systems in place that allowed them to do their real estate business 100% by referral and make more money & lessen their work hours. Closing over $47 million a year for the past 10 years.
Nicki holds the following designations:
Associate Broker. CDPE (certified distressed property expert) SFR (short sales and foreclosure resource certification and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative)
Nicki was with Re/Max Achievers for 10 years and was a member of the 100% Club every year along with Re/Max Hall of Fame (given for those with over $1Million in closed commissions)
