With over 42 years of combined experience we have worked as a team for the past 17 years as the Top 10 Producing agents in the Valley of the Sun, closing $40 million per year for the past 4 years.  Chuck has just recently retired from real estate to pursue his passion of teaching business owners, mortgage professionals, title & escrow officers and real estate agents how to build a business based 100% on referral.  This enables anyone in business but most of all real estate agents to build a business that has value worth selling when they are ready to retire not just lock boxes and signs!

He also teaches not only how to build a business based on 100% referral but how you can have a successful business and take back your life working less than full time!

Nicki & Chuck actively retained 200-350 listing per month and have been ranked in the top 10 real estate agents in Maricopa County for the past 10 years.  Having one of the largest new home builder contracts for over 8 years.  Until 2001 Nicki & Chuck had a team of buyers agents and assistants when they put systems in place that allowed them to do their real estate business 100% by referral and make more money & lessen their work hours.  Closing over $40 million a year for the past 4 years.

My passion has been developing long term relationships with my clients and most have become friends.  Listening to my clients wants, desires and needs allows me to give them exactly what they are looking for without wasting their time. 

Building this type of relationship with my clients has made my business successful and a joy to work.  It has allowed me to spend more free time with my family as well.

By building these type of relationships with my clients has allowed me to continue business as usual.  I don't have to worry about where the next deal will come from.  I know my clients will continue to refer me and I can continue to build new relationships as well as developing deeper heartfelt relationships with my past and current clients.
