About Us:
I have been a full-time Realtor since 1994, having served over 250 clients. My business has been based on delivering exceptional service, such that my clients gladly refer me to their friends and family. Because of this approach, since 1995, at least 80% of my business each year has been repeat or referred business.
My motto has always been "Let My Experience Make Yours Better". What this means is that I'll take the time to educate my clients about all of their options. I'll draw upon my experience with other clients to guide you through a smooth process.
Areas of Expertise
I grew up in Ann Arbor, and now live in Saline (since 1985). Consequently, over 80% of my business is concentrated in those two communities where I know the neighborhoods. Most of my business is in single-family homes, followed by condos and investment properties. In the past five years, I've been working closely with move-up sellers (clients who have previously purchased with me), and first-time home buyers.
I encourage my clients, especially first-time buyers, to look at their homes as an investment. If a first-time buyer can afford to, they should hold onto their first home, using it as a rental. This is a built-in retirement income plan with great upside capital appreciation. To those clients who are comfortably settled into their primary home, I encourage them to expand their retirement savings plan by buying good, solid homes to be used as a rental. I speak from experience, holding two brick ranch homes in Saline for rental. That experience gives me great confidence in guiding my clients into similar investments.
