Seeing a need for basement waterproofing and repair, HomeSpec grew to add in HomeSpec Basement Doctor. We are the largest waterproofing service provider to condominium management companies around S.E Detroit and Ann Arbor. We do residential and commercial work. We were recently awarded a multi-year contract to repair leaking underground coal tunnels at the 1000 acre Consumer Energy coal plant in Bay City.
