About Us:

Dawn is the owner of Home Squad Real Estate Staging Services and Furnishings. She has her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation, is AARC certified and a member of the Interior design society. Dawn worked in Visual Merchandising for JC Penney for over 8 years as well as working with Realtors staging on her own. Home Squad was formed in 2001 as a property investment company, we took old houses and refurbished them to sell for profit. We added the Staging service to the business in 2006 with our Real Estate investing experience and Staging certifactions/accreditations. We have experience in Real Estate Staging, Interior Redesign, Interior Decorating, Visual Merchandising and investment properties in Minnesota. We know what it takes to sell a house fast and for a profit. We understand what it is like to have multiple mortgages and that you want the house sold quickly, without putting a lot of money into it. We are dedicated to working with our clients on an individual basis, to discuss what the property needs in relation to their budget. Our Stagers are Certified and Fully Insured professionals that will Stage any property to sell. We can use the seller's existing furnishings to stage the home if they are still living in the house or supply furnishings from our very own stock to stage a vacant property. By using our own furniture and accessories to Stage the house we can control the quality and cost. How you live in your home is completely different than how you sell your house. We can tranform any house into a place that buyers can visualize their furnishings and themselves in all in just one afternoon. Starting at $130, we will help your house stand out above the competition.

Staging Consultation- We will come to the property take a few pictures and notes, then usually within 24 hours you get a detailed report of what should be done to sell the house faster and for more money. This is great for the do-it-yourselfer and only costs $125. Your report will also have an estimate of what it would cost to have Home Squad do the work for you and we will put a portion of the consultation fee toward the final staging invoice.

Color Consultation- We come to your house to help you choose the colors that really sell. We have thousands of color to choose from and we bring them right to your door, for only $100 ($50 if added to a staging service). We offer discounts at some of the most popular paint stores. If you need a painter we can help you with that too.

Project management- If you have some remodeling that needs to be done to get the house ready to sell we can coordinate it for you. We are connected with professionals in every field of home service. We were so fortunate to find Dawn and her company to do the staging on our
condo in Eagan. This is why. We first listed it in February of 2005. We
had very few showings, no offers and wound up taking progressive price
reductions on the property. Moreover we had moved to Portland, Oregon over
2,000 miles away so we knew we had to find someone we could trust.

We struck an agreement with Dawn and before we knew it, Dawn had the condo
staged and looking great. The furnishings she picked out did not overwhelm
the space but did a great job of conveying what it would look with
furniture.
