AZUSA
Azusa, CA is known as the Canyon City, or A to Z in the USA and is located at the entrance of the San Gabriel Canyon. It is approximately 27 miles northeast of Los Angeles, California. Per Altos Research, as of December 11, 2011, the median price of a single family home in Azusa is $276,857. COVINA
Covina, Ca is about 20 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. In past history it produced and shipped more oranges that the rest of the world combined. Many of its historic buildings especially in the downtown area were revitalized and are abuzz with activity. The most recognized is the City of Performing Arts building shown above.
There are restaurants, sidewalk dining, coffee shops, antiques stores, art galleries, gift/collectible stores, live theater, live music and don't forget the Farmers Market every Friday 5pm-9pm. And just a short walking distance is Covina Park with its weekly Arts n'Craft Fair.
Last year San Gabriel Tribune selected downtown Covina as the best downtown shopping area, and Covina Park as the best park in the city of Covina, CA.

Glendora, CA is know as "The Pride of the Foothills" and is nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains. Its located approximately 26 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, CA, close to the 210, 605 and 10 freeways. The famous Route 66 passes right through it.
Northern Glendora has some of the largest estates in the Foothills with prices in the upper 3-5 million dollars.
